  My 16yr old daughter's car was backing into, I was working so she brought it in for an estimate by herself and from the time she walked into the shop to the end when the appraiser told her he'd send her a quote she treated in a friendly and respectful manner. It turned a negative stressful situation into a reassured positive experience. The quote came that same day and the work was scheduled for the very next week.
