  Would not recommend Fenton Auto. Although I was guaranteed a phone call within an hour of dropping off our car to have the air conditioning diagnosed, they did not call me at all and so I went back to see what the progress was and they hadn't even started on my car. I was told that someone from out of town with an appointment at noon, (my appointment was at 9 and I was there right on time) got priority because that customer wasn't from town and didn't have the option of going home and had to wait for his truck to be repaired. Basically it seems that my car repair was bumped because this customer was paying more. I was told that that's the way the business works and because I had the option to walk home after dropping my car off that that was the reason another customer had their car worked on before mine. They did offer to make a payment plan for me which was helpful, but I didn't appreciate being bumped for another customer. I was waiting for a phone call and they didn't bother telling me about the situation until I went back in to see what was happening. They knew that I needed my car in gone afternoon as I called the day before to check and see how long it would take. Will not be going back to Fenton and do not recommend.

  Reasonable prices, honest and thorough about options, goes above and beyond, and always a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend highly enough!

  Honesty, integrity, people you can trust. Also good at fixing cars but that's not why I come back.

  Would not consider any other auto repair &/or service shop, staff and owners very helpful and honest to deal with.

  I would give this shop 6 stars if I could! Mike and his staff do an amazing job of contacting you, and finding the best way to make you happy. Mike even offered me a ride home on a snowy day (and even picked me up on another occasion)...and that's just one example of going above and beyond. It's really hard to find an honest mechanic, but my family, and I will be customers for life! I will recommend Fenton's to anybody that will listen.
