  At 1:15 I made an appointment for 2:30, came back at 2:30, waited half an hour until 3pm and clearly would have had to wait another half hour or more. I guess appointments and my time don't mean much to this joint. Don't waste your time here ...

  I didn't get my hair done but I popped in to ask about an issue I am having with my hair. The women working recommended a great product and was very knowledgeable, the great service tempts me to book an appointment next time I need a cut!

  I came across this place a couple of years ago now. The price I felt was really good and thought I would give it a go. We had a lovely lady called Monica and had her every time I come here. Monica is amazing, she does exactly what you ask for and doesn't take all day to do it. She is very knowledgable and willing to assist with anything she can. I have made appointments last minute and never had to wait. When I have booked in advance, again never had to wait. I think the bad reviews are not warranted. I have been using this place for 2 years and never been disappointed. I will keep using this place and Monica despite living in Canmore. Worth the drive. Def RECCOMMEND.
