  Seems to me that ever since Cochrane, AB got the new Canadian Tire that may be larger then the old one but the costumer service has gone WAY DOWN HILL!!! Also have been there several times looking for an item that showed online that was in stock just to find out that they have it in storage in the old building. What is the point on having a larger building when you keep so many items in storage.

  Horrible service! Ordered online and items were not ready for pick-up as promised and it took nearly 15 min to get them brought to the front! Even Amazon ships faster than having to go to your store to pick-up! Will order from Amazon in the future. Better price and hassle free! I like to shop local to support the businesses in town, but the service here is just painful! Will go to Home Hardware moving forward, combined with ordering online elsewhere. Automobile service here is good and still my location of choice for minor work, but just don't like the retail side of things anymore. It seems since they moved, they bit-off more than they could chew. Service used to be 100 better at the old store.

  I would like to thank the entire staff that have served me last night and today they all went above and beyond to help. Sorry I only can remember the names of a few and they have always treated me with great coustomer service. John Taylor in auto service Emmily B.in coustomer service and on the till and Paul the young man that goes out of his way to help me find anything I need in the whole store . Great work and thank you one and all.
