  If you live in Cochran do yourself a favor and avoid this Insurance company staff is mean and grossly incompetent thay profile you and will not hesitate to discriminate whether it's your sex or age i've asked them six times to send me a pink card but I've never received one I am immediately switching to a different agency I know it's convenient because it's located right beside the registries but you will regret choosing them so don't give them their business and hopefully we'll get a better agency sometime in the future

  I don't think I've ever left an insurance agency happy. Like, I've honestly taken it upon myself to realize that my day is going to be ruined when I go in there. Don't get me wrong, the staff is helpful, kind and do there very best to support me... But the atmosphere... It reminds me of a cold dungeon. (Side note: Why are they closed on weekends? The co-operators don't co-operate with good store hours.)

  Have used this insurance agent for years. Never had a problem with them. There staff always is prompt and gets us what we require in a timely manner at good rates. Thanks Colleen for going the extra mile for us all the time
