  highly recommend going to the Vermillion branch I was quoted 600$ less for my annual insurance. so are you guys going to play fair with your customers or are you going to pull a Tom Brady and be a smug cheating beach your whole lives?

  Horrible customer service, really bad at keeping in touch and returning your calls, and very easy for them to take money out of your account even when you cancel a policy with them, though its very hard to get your money back and is a hassle and a half. 10/10 do not recommend this company

  As mentioned quite a bit, this company is terrible for callbacks and customer service. High turnover (I've been through at least 6 agents in the 10 years I've been there). My current agent however is amazing which is the ONLY reason they got a 2nd star. For those saying why stay with them, laziness and a competitive premium to be honest.

  Jackie has been amazing at Western Financial, she always goes above and beyond for me. Jackie has always made the time to explain my insurance. She has moved over to commercial but has informed me that she is still here for me if I need anything. Amazing service, amazing staff, great company. Thank you again Jackie for going above and beyond for me!!

  I went in there the other day to get full coverage on my truck and learned that I didn't have any coverage on it. I was shocked to learn that I have been driving without insurance for the last few months. They say that the insurance company made error and maybe they did but I want to know what are these guys here for than? Just unbelievable.
