  The "local" phone number is not local, I was connected to a call center. it took 10 minutes to get through to my branch to ask for service and pre order foreign funds as insisted on the last time I went in for foreign funds. Oh, they are not answering the phone, it rang for a few minutes and hung up. Twice.

  Continually rude, slow and unpleasant service, made a ton of mistakes setting up the accounts, extremely unhelpful when my fiance was out of the city and his debit card stopped working leaving him stranded without money. We took our accounts to ATB without a second thought.

  The people from the call centre speak little English. Moreover, they are super nosey and the branch manager always puts a hold on my e-transfers, which should be instantaneous, for no reason. Once they called me asking me not to make small electronic deposits, which is none of their business... Snoopy Aholes!! I will be taking my business to a proper bank!

  Why when you want to call the branch you can't get through but have to go through some ridiculous central call centre who can't help you at all!!!!
