  I live in Calgary and there are at least a dozen decent bike stores in the city, but Bike Bros. is worth the 25-minute drive out to Cochrane. Graham, Andrea, and the staff definitely have a small-town friendly vibe that made me feel at home right away (they serve great coffee BTW!) ... AND they know bikes--REALLY well. Selection was great (I had no problem finding the kind of bike I wanted) and they had all the bike clothes, accessories, and parts I needed. One of the things I liked best was they gave me the pros AND cons of the bikes I was considering, which helped me make an informed bike purchase (rather than guessing and hoping for the best). If you feel like you aren't making a connection with a big-city bike shop (and even if you are), head out to Bike Bros. Bikes aren't cheap. I'm glad I spent my money at a place that helped me buy a bike that's right for me.

  This place is so great. Friendly competent service. Have been many times and have never had anything but an excellent experience. Nothing but great bikes, great gear and great people in there. If you live in Cochrane consider yourself lucky this is your LBS. If you live in Calgary come on out, it's worth the drive.

  Really great experience here. I came in to pick up some parts and asked about a concern I had with my bike. They investigated and fixed the problem right there, and educated me about bike maintenance in a really helpful and informative way. I really appreciated the great technical service and the great customer service!

  My wife and I have a couple of kids and a third on the way, so we decided to get back into mountain biking as the oldest is always looking for a ride. The bikes that we had were working but it was time to upgrade. Andrea meet me for the first visit and made the decision easy. She let me go out on the bike for a little spin, which reminded me that bikes have come a long way since i was last into them. Once the decision was done the Bike Bros team custom tuned the bikes to fit me in a few minutes and gave me a great follow up service package. I think my new favourite part of my bike is the dropper seat post.... so awesome!
