  The receptionist asks how much longer?? Dean says MMM 5 minutes ... Receptionist says do you have a business card - I don't have any in the drawer!! Dean pulls out his wallet and gives the card to the receptionist (What the hell??)

  We bought our 2016 ram 1500 from Cochrane dodge. The salesman was clueless. I knew more about the truck than he did. When we went to pick up our new truck the detailing was horrible. I took it home and cleaned ityself properly right after picking the truck up. The salesman didn't even do a walk through of the vehicle with me. When we tried to drive away the truck was blocked in by another sold vehicle. Instead of getting the keys to the other vehicle and moving it he made as drive over a curb/ sidewalk to get by it. The worst service I've ever experienced by any dealership I've ever been to by far. Oh and the best part was he told me and my wife the truck had navigation.....It doesn't. I would rather take it to crowfoot dodge and pay the 600 dollars to have it installed than ever go back here. Take your business elsewhere.

  I appreciate their oil change team as well. They will not try to up sell anything and they get me in and out quickly- a great team all around and I am very glad I purchased my vehicle here.

  The team at Cochrane Dodge are always very polite and take the time to explain what does and does not need doing. They explain the diagnostics clearly, give complete details on the status of my vehicle and allow me to make decisions on what to do now and what can wait/or advice when work needs to be done.

  (I thought after having quite an extensive / lengthy conversation Friday afternoon over the phone with Dean, he would have remembered, * which our conversation was a fail as  I already felt unheard / zero compassion / only after discussing money ...   Dean says oohh right - that vehicle is somewhere on the lot! I said yes I believe I seen it when I came in - Dean says yep - I asked if I could go take a look would it be unlocked * to ... Dean cuts me off - no it's not unlocked ... I'm busy at the moment and started to walk away from me (all I was thinking in my head was wow unbelievable * again no I'll get someone to help you / do I mind waiting?? Ect)

  Cochrane Dodge Jeep Ram is a hidden gem few minutes West of Calgary. The staff here is amazing and I am very pleased to purchase my vehicle from here. Their play area engaged my kids while I went through the browsing and purchasing process.

I ask her if I can speak to the sales person "Dean" I stated my name and told her he's expecting me! she looks around for him and then pages the sales person (no it will be just a minute / didn't offer coffee water nothing * after my accident on January 6 2018 my whole body still just screams in pain)

  After having the worse experience of being involved in a very serious motor vehicle accident (not my fault)... having my vehicle completely destroyed ... I was in the market for another (having owned a Dodge Grand Caravan before - my dad suggested try "Cochrane Dodge" where not only he personally bought 2 vehicles / my brother bought his vehicle & my aunt bought hers) I figured I would give it a shot... After the difficult experience of packing up my 2 very small children (who were in the motor vehicle accident with me
