  In this day and age with retailers whining about internet sales and chanting we should shop locally it is beyond me why they think we should still give them money when all they do is make it harder with no effort to even honour their own posted hours. Let alone extend hours 2 weeks before Xmas.

  Mostly to do with hours of operation. I saw an item last weekend I wanted to buy but was with the person it was for. I went back later in the week but their hours pretty much coincide with my work hours. Went back Friday figuring they would be open later. Their posted hours said open until 6:00pm on Friday. It was 10 minutes BEFORE 6 and the place was closed up and dark.

  This is the place to shop for really unique, high end Western gifts. I got my friend a beautiful crystal embellished shirt there for her birthday. She's notoriously hard to buy for and shops in Vancouver and online, but I knew she wouldn't have anything like it, and I was right. Wonderful customer service as well.

  They have homemade pie! This building can put you back to the turn of the century style with all of the old style furniture and house wares they have for sale there. Beautiful leatehr and copper inlay and embossed leather hairs and sofas line the store. They have a small place to sit and eat. You can choose from homemade pies and sandwishes, soup, and salads. I picked the tuna salad with the bumble berry pie adn wow! so worth the price! They even carry locally brewed in Canmore,AB. lOVE IT!
