    As soon as you walk in you're instantly greeted every time. The staff are always super polite and friendly, they connect with you as an equal and don't act like they're higher up than you. The guy with the glasses was the best, very nice. 11/10 GREAT STORE. People need to learn from marks.

    I purchased steel toed boots here for work when they had a sale in December. Within 3 weeks they started to fall apart so I brought them back and talked to staff. Without question or hesitation the staff offered to exchange them for a different brand. They even offered the same sale price on the new boots. It was the quickest, most painless process I have ever had with a defective product. Amazing service and they stand behind the product they sell.
