  "I've never personally purchased a Janssen home but have been fortunate enough to sell a few of them. Being in Real Estate and selling hundreds of homes you quickly learn to look for quality and "extras". I have no problem referring any of my clients to Janssen as I know they will be taken care of, kept up on progress, won't be getting ripped off, and most importantly getting a great and solid product."

  Its nice to give credit where it is deserved. We have been a trade partner with Janssen Homes for approx. 8 years and it has been a pleasure to work with them. They are a company that consistently builds a beautiful quality home, they have great communication throughout the build with all their trades, and include materials and finishings other builders consider upgrades. Its nice to work with a builder where quality comes first.

  I bought with Janssen homes they are great builders, were very accommodating to all my needs I walked through my home several times as it was being built there tradesmen were very experienced and as I talked to them they have all worked with Janssen for several year. That being said they are loyal to there trades (not just the cheapest guy like some other builders) .I've been in my home for a few years now and there is no deficiencies what so ever thank you Janssen you guys are great look forward to building my next home with you guys !!!
