  super unimpressed with this gym. I purchased a package at a charity silent auction that included a bag, t-shirt and a 1 month pass and a few other misc items. The bag was ripped, the shirt had a hole in it and I tried to redeem the 1 month membership but couldn't because you can only redeem it from the location when someone is there. I called - didnt receive a call back, I called the main office and they were of no help. Its almost like they don't want new members - this was the most difficult gym to join. Good thing there is several other gyms in Cochrane- Ill be joining one of them.

  It's a really nice gym for sure and the staff is very nice and helpful, but the showers should be running at least till midnight and not when there's no staff. But overall great equipment and would recommend

  I love our local Cochrane GoodLife! Friendly staff, very clean facility and great atmosphere.

  Well maintained equipment and all the free weights and equipment need to stay swol. Peak hours are 5-7 pm, in the summer it is less crowded, winter is another story but welcome to Ab.

  Neighbourhood style club. Love the 24 hour access. Good choice of equipment, and club is well-maintained by an excellent manager. Changerooms a bit cramped and get crowded during busy times. No instructor-led fitness classes; instead there are virtual classes with an overwhelming selection to choose from. There are PTs available for a fee. A good franchise and a great place to work out, if your goal is to simply workout.
