  I called to see if they would fix them, and asked for an evening if possible so I wouldn’t have to bring my young children (out of respect for them and other customers) I was told no because they have other appointments. Inconvenient, but fine I’d make it work. I called back the next day as requested to find a daytime appt to have them fixed and spoke with the most unprofessional, impolite person I’ve ever dealt with. I totally understand mistakes happen, but their customer service was absolutely embarrassing . I took my business elsewhere and will make sure my family and friends avoid this place in the future.

  Called and told the gal what I wanted and got a quote. Went in and asked for 2 separate colour polish. She messed up the one colour so had to redo it pushing back my cuticle really far to the point it was bleeding and sore. A week later the polish was cracking and chipping. Went back in and found out she didn't give me the original service I'd asked for. Explained again what I wanted and she said she'd fix it. Started adding fake nails. As soon as she put the first one on I explained again what I wanted and it was not fake tips or nails. She insisted she needed to do it so they'd be even. I've had the service I wanted at several other salons and it's never been an issue but hey if that's what she needed to do I thought maybe that's her process. The glue from the fake tips was stuck to the ends of my fingers.

  **Update: After going to a professional salon the tech discovered that the soak-off gel product used was very poor quality (possibly expired) and has caused a lot of damage to my nails. Do your research and find a salon that uses high quality products!

  First time at this nails and spa and it was great! Cynthia was wonderful. She was very careful and did beautiful designs on my nails. This will be my new location for sure.

  Tran was amazing!! I took my 3 1/2 yr old daughter for a mommy daughter date here and she was super patient, was kind and understanding for all the water play and potty time-outs! She was even able to do a design on her lil toes while she wiggled around! lol (I did my best to hold her feet and ask her to stay still and she did for the most part - but she is 3!) I was super proud of my lil lady and Tran made the whole experience wonderful! She also did my pedicure and I could not believe the detail and amazing design she did for my toes!! DEFINITELY going back before my competition - this lady knows her stuff and she's kind a sweet to boot - can't beat that especially when she beats all the prices in town too!

  At the end of the service she charged me for a full set of fake nails that again, I made clear I did not want!!! After another 5 minute discussion she finally realized what I was asking for. Charged me a total of $60 for something she said she could do next time and the times after for $25. Needless to say there won't be a next time.

  Huge disappointment. I was referred to this salon and had high hopes. I had a gel polish manicure, and for the first part of my appointment the lady was on a personal phone call and barely spoke to me. Very unprofessional, but okay. The real issue is, after a day and a half the top coat turned brown. Something I’ve never had happen anywhere else.
