  I absolutely love this clinic. I used to go to Oasis Medical but they never answered the phone when trying to book appointments. So I switched places and have been going to Evolve Medical ever since! All the staff are personable and knowledgable. The reception ladies are wonderful! They do their best to have patients see the doctors in a timely manner but unfortunately they cannot control if doctors come in or not, or if they want to see Walk-Ins during certain hours of the day. It's unfortunate that it's the Medical Office Assistants and Receptionists, that get the most heat from patients when they do their hardest to accomidate. I have a 2 month old and I trust Evolve medical, even going so much to driving in from Calgary. I highly recommend this clinic!

  They say "No out of province medical care", after you've already had medical attention from them. Then send out a bill to charge you of all medical service you've had!!

  I came in after the clinic had actually closed and the girl saw that I really needed to be seen and asked the doc if he would see me quickly. He did and can't thank him enough. Kudos to this clinic for being flexible and helping out the community.

  In reality, for 183 days/3 mths, you had coverage from your home province. So sad, because i actually liked the doctors dealing with patients at Evolve Medical Clinic!!!

  Patient exam room was a complete mess. There was a table covered with syringes, cotton balls, paper, etc. Seemed like the doctor might have been so busy that they couldn't keep up with ensuring it was clean and organized. Kind of scary to go to a clinic for the first time and that's what you see. The doctor didn't change the ear piece before sticking it in my ear to take my temperature. I had never met the doctor before and they didn't even introduce themselves before asking me why I was there. The doctor was nice, but could use some polish and organization. Next, I was never called in regards to my tests they had me do. When I called about it two weeks later, the receptionist said "no news is good news". However, I clearly had a UTI or bladder infection. So, I should have been called to go over those results or come in to go over them. The receptionist on shift on my first visit was really lovely, however the younger girl that answered the phone when I called about my test results days later was quite rude. It's a shame that this is yet another clinic in Cochrane that doesn't seem to operate as efficient as it could.

  horrible experience! website not updated regarding opening hours. advertises "walk-in" clinic but only accepts walk-ins at odd hours. my wife finally made it out if bad today after days of staying in bed and dragged herself there just to be belittled by the receptionist. basically kicked out. my wife asked if there was a real walk-in clinic in Cochrane when she was told "we don't know, you should do some research on the internet".... horrible person. Well, the misleading website lured my wife there in the first place BECAUSE of her research. Receptionist failed to mention that there is a proper walk-in clinic across the road. Luckily nice Cochranites pointed that out to her. Exceptionally good service at the other place.
