    Over the years, this location has hardly, if ever, messed up my order. The staff has usually been professional and accommodating. It's consistent - which is extremely valuable.

    We bought 4 meals and wanted 1 BBQ sauce packet. They told us that they need to charge us 15cents for a sauce. We literally just paid 40$ and they wanted to charge my card for another 15cents. I find that ridiculous. This is the only McDonald’s that’s ever charged or even mentioned that BBQ sauce is extra. I just find that’s it’s terrible customer service for 15cents.

    Screwed up our order again today. Maybe I just have bad luck at this location but they consistently get my order wrong. At least half the time I come here. Our orders are not even complex. Disappointed in this location.

    the McCafe McDonald's across from C.O.P. is clean modern with the McCafe menue. its good as far as McDonald's is concerned
