  From the moment I walked into their office, I was treated with respect and courtesy. They worked hard to accommodate my request and made numerous suggestions to make my move and storage easier. John is personable and truly honest. He was a man of his word and went beyond my expectations to make sure I was served well by their business. They accommodated my unique and left me a most satisfied customer. I would return again and again to this company. I don't hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone who needs short or long term storage and a means to haul possession. Outstanding! Wish I could give them 10 stars!

  I used StoreSmart Self Storage in Cochrane for 10 1/2 months and was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit, the easy access, the service, the friendliness of the staff and the availability of the moving vehicles. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. Thanks!

  This an awesome storage facility. Super clean, well secured, easy to access, and a very responsive owner. One time I opened my storage unit and didn't notice that I had placed the lock on improperly. Within 12 hours they had called to tell me so I could come and put it on correctly. The change in ownership has made a huge difference!
